- For lower cadre, the candidate must possess a minimum of credit passed in 4 subjects at a maximum of two sittings including the English Language.

- Candidate must not be financially embarrassed.
- Applicants must be 30 years of age and below.
- Candidate must be computer literate.
- Applicants must not belong to any occultic society.
- Applicants must not be less than 1.65m for males and 1.60m for females.
- Candidates’ chest must not be less than 0.85m for males
