Ensure an effective maintenance of all electrical components of production and factory machines
Generate a daily report on all electrical faults reported.
Carry out periodic & preventive maintenance on all electrical machines
Repair electrical faults in machines ensuring minimum downtown.
Ensure that tools & parts are well kept & managed at all times
Ensure that the proper and standard operational procedures are strictly adhered to.
Ensure the proper functioning of machines, its accessories and other factory equipment with minimum downtime
Observe good housekeeping and adhere strictly tsafety rules and procedures.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess HND or B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or any related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years industrial experience.
Have good interpersonal and analytical skills
Knowledge:
Sound Knowledge of industrial machines, electrical control panels and pneumatic systems.
Good knowledge of foaming machines, production process, repairs and maintenance will be an added advantage.
Be able to interpret basic circuit diagram.
Have good troubleshooting skills

The Accountant is responsible for recording transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management; Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.
Responsibilities
Management of accounting systems and processes which include system access and reconciliation of records
Preparing and reviewing analysis of cash forecast
Monitoring costs and expenditures against budgets and forecasts
Preparing all year end accounts
Preparing monthly salary payroll
Preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
Responsible for reviews of all internal financial controls and the improvements on the business processes
Responsible for Finance and Accounting activities of the company
Calculation of applicable taxes according to the law
Ensure that the financial policies /procedures of the company are implemented Efficiently and in line with generally accepted accounting practices (e.g. FIRS)
Institute adequate financial control systems and processes to secure the assets and Efficient operation of the organization
Develop key financial processes including budgeting, management & financial Accounting/reporting
Daily management of accounts
Monthly reports and analyses
Monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and variation reporting.
Requirements and Experience
B.Sc in Accounting, Finance.
Professional qualification i. e ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant field.
Experience in the use of different Accounting software(QuickBooks preferably).
Required Skills:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Establishment and enforcement of sound internal controls
Inventory and accounting policies’ compliance “ ensuring inventory and accounting policies are effectively adhered to.
Receive all finished products from factory into the warehouse both physically and on the inventory database by entering verified received quantities into the inventory database system.
Confirm physical quantities by counting and inspecting all the finished goods received.
Ensure that Goods Receipt postings are accurately carried out on the inventory system, within 24 hours of physical goods receipt, based on actual verified quantities received.
Adequate storage of all goods to prevent any form of damage.
Ensure the warehouse and all storage locations are properly arranged, neat and tidy.
Ensure that all goods issue postings are accurately done on the inventory database system within the same day of physical goods issue.
Perform regular cycle counts and monthly total stock count of inventory within warehouse.
Coordinate the handling of freight and the movement of products.
Requirements and Experience
B.Sc with good warehousing knowledge, must be versatile in stock taking, stocking in and stocking out of goods.
Minimum of 3-5years experience as a store keeper
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and organizational skills
Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
