More specifically, we are looking for a professional and seasoned Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing Jademediapro’s social media strategy in order to increase our online presence among all social media platforms. You will also be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Responsibilities for the position of a social media manager at JadeMediaPro

  1. Handling two social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
  2. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  3. Creating and executing a deliberate monthly content calendar with the team.
  4. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  5. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
  6. Grow fan base from fans to customers and customers into advocates.
  7. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization (e.g., click-through and bounce rates).
  8. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
  9. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  10. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
  11. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  12. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  13. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
  14. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for efficient brand communication.
  15. Create budgets, conceptualize social media campaigns and execute them from start to finish.
  16. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  17. Setup and host strategic Live discussions and interactive sessions.
  18. Participate in seminars and professional meetings to represent the company.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements for the position of a social media manager at JadeMediaPro

  1. MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite).
  2. 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or a similar role.
  3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and other social media best practices.
  4. Experience with social media management tools, like Buffer, Hootsuite, Hubspot, etc.
  5. In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  6. Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends.
  7. Client services experience is strongly preferred.
  8. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe – Illustrator; Photoshop; After Effect).
  9. Knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce and Hashtagify.
  10. Familiarity with project management tools, such as ClickUp, Notion, or Trello.
  11. Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management would be a plus.
