Job Title: Account Support Officer

Job Descriptions
- Work with a senior accountant or controller to assist with accounting tasks.
- Input income or expense entries into the accounting system that the organization uses.
- Pay bills, create invoices for the companyТs clients, and enter vendor invoices into the system. They are also responsible for imputing data for time sheets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable to keep records up-to-date.
- Ensure Data accuracy by checking entries for accuracy and making the necessary corrections if any wrong is spotted before filing the documents in the corresponding place.
- Presenting financial information to colleagues and clients when necessary.
- Review and summarize client reports and have the opportunity to liaise with other departments at such meetings.
- Assist with tasks and administrative duties which include helping with asset inventory, cost accounting, or payroll tasks.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, or any related field

- Familiarity with asset inventory and efficient payroll tasks.
Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Job Description
- Assist the ICT officer in all functions.
- Provide technical support on IT equipment use.
- Setup new users account, profiles and deal with password issues
- Conduct maintenance of hardware equipment
- Supervise cleanliness of the premises
- Ensure vehicles are well packed and secured
- Oversee renovation, relocation and refreshment.

Job Title: Store Officer

Job Description
- To check inventory record for accuracy.
- Keeping records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
- To find, sort, or move goods between different parts of the business.
- Store officers compiles reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
- He is to ensure that the store is kept clean and organized. Maintain receipts, records and withdrawals of the stockroom receive, unload and shelve supplies perform other stock related duties, including returning, packing, pricing and labeling supplies inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and more.
- To ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
- To check and inputs supplies into the warehouse inventory system.
