Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Lagos

Tasks

We are currently looking for a competitive and energetic Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities and achieve our goals.
This position involves cold calling new potential clients and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company’s expectations by increasing revenue and achieving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling
Working with sales team when closing sales
Update sales database daily/weekly
Prepare reports
Maintain list of potential leads and follow-up by making subsequent sales pitch
Answer inquiries about services and product specifications
Understanding clients needs and offering solutions and support

Qualifications

ND Holders
Fresh Graduate who haven’t commenced N.Y.S.C. yet
0 -1 year experience in Sales and Phone handling

Requirements:
Skills:

Strong phone presence and experience in making multiple calls per day
Strong computer skills. including Microsoft office suite
Candidate must be resident in Ikeja environs, Lagos.
Ability to meet targets
Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
