Job Description
  • • Locate or propose potential business deals by analysing the market, contacting
  • potential clients, discovering, and exploring opportunities.
  • • Screen potential business deals by analysing, deal requirements, potential, and
  • financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending project
  • investments.
  • • Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new
  • business with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials;
  • estimating clients’ needs and goals.
  • • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating
  • contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
  • different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • • Develop and implement tactical strategies for enhancing business growth
  • • Actively participates in bidding and ensure that all bids are won
  • • Coordinate tasks and vessel and personnel during offshore operations
  • • Coordinate Pre-mob, mob and de-mob of materials and equipment, ensuring
  • effective liaison with client, sub-contractors, and vessels to foster safe, efficient and
  • cost-effective project execution.
  • • Coordinate vessel bunkering activities with suppliers, sub-contractors, Naval
  • authorities and vessels
  • Required Educational Qualification
  • • BSc degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • • MSc in sales, marketing or MBA is an added advantage
  • • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
  • meeting or exceeding targets
  • • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at
  • all levels of the organization
  • • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • • Must have strong links to industry and knowledge of the business drivers for the key
  • markets
