Job Description

  1. Front Desk Officer / Social Media Officer is accountable for the satisfaction of the establishment’s clients, and is in charge of developing and executing a content marketing strategy to raise our company’s profile in our most important target audiences through the mediums of social media.
  2. The majority of their work consists of face-to-face or telephone interactions with clients and Creating and launching channel-specific content marketing initiatives, monitoring social media for relevant postings and comments, and flagging problems.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  1. Perform office administration and clerical duties.
  2. Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees.
  3. Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person.
  4. Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
  5. Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
  6. Perform basic data entry when needed.
  7. Maintain reception area clean and organized.
  8. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day community management of all of the brand’s primary social media channels.
  9. Maintain brand cohesion (across all platforms) and properly manage client expectations.
  10. Make sure everything looks good and complies with any company standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Must have completed NYSC.
  3. Must possess a strong social media skills.
  4. Must have social media management experience.
  5. Must have proficiency in computer programs.
  6. Must live in Port Harcourt.
  7. Proximity to location will be considered.
