Job Description
- Front Desk Officer / Social Media Officer is accountable for the satisfaction of the establishment’s clients, and is in charge of developing and executing a content marketing strategy to raise our company’s profile in our most important target audiences through the mediums of social media.
- The majority of their work consists of face-to-face or telephone interactions with clients and Creating and launching channel-specific content marketing initiatives, monitoring social media for relevant postings and comments, and flagging problems.
Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Perform office administration and clerical duties.
- Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees.
- Greet visitors and escort them to appropriate office or person.
- Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously.
- Place outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
- Perform basic data entry when needed.
- Maintain reception area clean and organized.
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day community management of all of the brand’s primary social media channels.
- Maintain brand cohesion (across all platforms) and properly manage client expectations.
- Make sure everything looks good and complies with any company standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must possess a strong social media skills.
- Must have social media management experience.
- Must have proficiency in computer programs.
- Must live in Port Harcourt.
- Proximity to location will be considered.
