Our client is a leading Chinese Automobile Group of companies with subsidiaries in the sales and distribution of International brands of electronic and building appliances in Nigeria.
As part of the Group growth and operations expansion, the Company is looking to immediately hire 80 Management Trainees(MTs) who are self-motivated, positive and passionate to develop into managers, sales and technical engineers. If selected for this intensive 3 months training program, you will unlock comprehensive industry knowledge and professional development skills that encompasses key functional areas of the business ranging from Commercial, Aftersales, Operations and Finance.

Requirements
- Minimum of BSc, HND & OND in Engineering for Technicians
- Prior experience as a Team Lead (professional/academic)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Professional, persistent, and punctual
- Contagious personality with an optimistic outlook
- Quick decision making skills
- Adaptable to change and embraces obstacles
- Excels in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Additional Information:
- The training will be in two phases; On-the-job and off-the-training
- After the 3 months training selected hires will be posted to different areas of the business within the Group in 3 locations: Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
- Applicants outside Lagos will be responsible for their own accommodation
- The Company work schedule is Mon-Saturday. You will be required to work 3 Saturday in a month from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
