The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluate and authorize approval of business, real estate, or credit loans.
They evaluate the financial status of a loan, act as the liaison between the institution and the applicant, and will seek to find a loan arrangement that is in the best interests of both parties.
Responsibilities
Evaluate loan applications
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
Analyze applicants financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of applying for a loan.
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants€™ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
Review and update credit and loan files.
Review loan checklist to ensure that documents are complete and accurate
Compute payment schedules.
Issuance of e-receipts and sending to customers.
Daily uploading of payment on loan disk
Weekly updating of trackers and preparation of weekly reports
Liaising with CRM & Sales to obtain offers for existing and new clients
Visit to different Mortgage Banks to submit clients’ documents
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. Banking & Finance (Preferable) or Accounting or other related field

Role Summary
The air-conditioning technicians are responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing of air-conditioning equipment.
They can even do heating or refrigeration work, as they are trained to work on both heating and cooling units, including motors, switches, pumps, wiring, thermostats and fans.
Responsibilities
The air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
They ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
They perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
They diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
They install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
They make adjustment and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
They install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
They inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
They clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
They make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE
Trade test l, ll,lll
Minimum of 3 years experience in a standard working environment.
The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) bridges the gap between the customer and Alpha Mead brand. He/she ensures that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective thereby increase customer satisfaction rates, customer loyalty, and gains more referrals from those loyal customers.
Responsibilities
Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of an organization’s customer experience team
Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services
Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company
Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high quality products and services
Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa
Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment
Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service
Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals
Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience
Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills
Oversee the merchandising of products in an outlet to ensure it entices purchase
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations
Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge.
Requirements
B.Sc / HND in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years experience in Customer Experience role, of which 3 should be a managerial position
Relevant certifications would be desirable
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
