Responsibilities
- Ensure every patient or customer enjoys quality Pharmaceutical care when they come to the Pharmacy.
- Ensure adequate inventory of required medicines are stocked at all times.
- Ensure timely delivery of services to every walk-in customer.
- Ensure growth targets of the pharmacy are met monthly.
- Ensure proper reporting of all adverse drug events.
- Provide professional counselling to patients to ensure proper utilization of medicines leading to desired treatment outcomes.
Qualification
- Must be a pharmacist (With B.Pharm or Pharm D).
Desired qualities
- Must have integrity and good character.
- A good listener.
- Emotionally intelligent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good customer service skills.
