We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

NEW YEAR SALE

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to the manager in all required tasks.
  • Act as a mediator between external clients and customers, employees and the manager to convey information.
  • Attend phone calls and take messages on behalf of the manager.
  • Screen emails and letters which are received before passing to the manager if necessary.
  • Schedule appointments and set up venues for the same.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements when required.
  • Taking notes and minutes of meetings.
  • Creating reports using information and data provided for presentation.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system
  • Maintain an inventory of all office supplies and regularly ensure they are stocked.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field
  • Prior experience in an office environment or as an assistant.

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT) ,

Responsibilities

  • Accomplish marketing and sales human resource goals through normal managerial duties, such as recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching and disciplining employees
  • Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales operational goals
  • Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
  • Identify different consumer requirements to properly identify marketing opportunities
  • Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability

Job Title: Agricultural Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

  • Advising on soil conservation measures;
  • Carrying out environmental impact assessments – a process of predicting and evaluating the effects of an action (such as building a motorway) on the environment;
  • Preparing and presenting reports;
  • Conducting research;
  • Planning and supervising the construction of farm buildings and associated structures, such as grain silos, greenhouses and controlled environments for livestock;
  • Designing, testing and developing agricultural, construction and other off-road vehicles, such as tractors, harvesters, loaders, dump trucks and off-road recreational vehicles;
  • Designing, testing and developing specialist equipment, such as ploughs, cultivators and sprayers;
  • Offering consultancy services to individuals and companies;
  • Planning, supervising and managing the building of water conservation, irrigation and drainage systems;
  • Providing emergency aid, e.g. helping to restore electricity and water supplies and reconstruct buildings in the aftermath of wars or natural disasters

Requirements

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist with farming and harvesting operations
  • Analyze farming practices to optimize quality/yields
  • Assist in land preparation, irrigation, fertilization, pest and disease management
  • Ensure Global GAP & GMP standards are being followed
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with all governmental agencies and regulatory agencies
  • Assist Farm Manager in coordinating daily production to achieve the most efficient cost of production while meeting the maximum yield and quality goals
  • Continually monitor and evaluate the efficiency of operations, equipment and work practices
  • Assist managing a labor force to accomplish the general farming goals stated above

Requirements

  • B.Agric, BSc qualification with 2-7 years work experience.
  • Multi-task oriented, detail oriented, ability to work well with others, good organizational skills, strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Knowledge of agricultural cropping systems, pest and disease control, production practices and crop maintenance
  • Knowledge of production equipment
  • Ability to manage, coordinate and communicate daily with crews
  • Candidate may need to help in other locations, when a need arises
  • Farming/Agricultural background would be a plus
