Position Overview For The Position of a Digital Markerting Manager at Skin101

  1. As a result of growth and expansion, we have the need to immediately employ a well-experienced and competent Pharmacist. 
  2. The Pharmacist will become the Superintendent pharmacist of a fast-paced dynamic environment with strong growth ambitions. 
  3. This person will deliver the best possible service to patients and be at forefront of new technology and opportunities. 
  4. S/he will gather insights to develop and advance the Shelf-Life value proposition and effectively communicate the benefits of Shelf Life.

Experience & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D).
  2. Expert knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws governing the use of medicines.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and to encourage and support others to achieve their objectives.
  4. Inventory and logistics management experience.
  5. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
  6. Must have the ability to handle different kinds of emotions as well as manage job stress.
  7. Must be focused, very detailed, and creative in making a decision.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital/social media marketing or advertising position.
  3. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  4. Knowledge of and an interest in the methods organizations use to promote themselves through social media is a necessity.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  6. Photo and video-editing experience.
  7. An ability to multitask, to work on a number of projects at once.
  8. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  9. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  10. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  11. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Creating content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media platforms.
  2. Promoting products, services, and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with our organization’s brand and social media strategy.
  3. Interacting with customers and dealing with customers’ inquiries.
  4. Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  5. Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
  6. Collaborating with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent.
  7. Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns.
  8. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  9. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  10. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  11. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  12. Evaluate emerging technologies.
  13. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
