Duties / Responsibilities

Here at Ellasot consulting, we you to;

1. Manage day-to-day F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard.
2. Design an attractive and exceptional menu.
3. Train team to adhere to food, health, and safety standard.
4. Process customer complaints patiently.
5. Identify customer’s needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
6. Preserve excellent level of internal and external customer service.
7. Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.

Requirements / Skill

1. Degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related courses.
2. 3 Years’ proven food and beverage management experience.
3. Up to date with food & beverage trends & best practices.
4. Proficiency in MS office and restaurant software.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive skills.
7. Excellent customer relationship management skills.
8. Excellent leadership skills.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
10. Strong organizational skills.
11. Strategic vision and business acumen.
12. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
13. Guest-oriented and service minded.
14. Ability to commute/relocate to Port Harcourt.Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
