TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

 Support the growth of companies within the IFS group by providing comprehensive Human Resource services that subpart the achievement of corporate objectives
 Provide business partnering services that guarantees compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements including legal relations

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

HR Operations & Recruitment
 Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs
 Ensure effective recruitment, selection and onboarding processes and where necessary, organize work visas and documentation for expatriate staff.
 Ensure proper data capturing, documentation, verifications and adherence to entire recruitment and placement policy outlines.

Training and Development
 Ensure continual training and retraining of new hires and operatives alike across all locations and branches.
 Facilitates regular team meetings to discuss issues, share knowledge, share achievements, and provides training and direction.

Performance Management
 Performance e Establish and monitor all employee performance using company tracker and other performance tools
 Holds all employees accountable with clear KPI’s, policies & procedures.
Compensation, Benefits & Employee Relations
 Responsible for implementing employee compensation and benefit schemes
 Ensures accurate payroll administration and implementation to point of payment.
 Communicate HR policies to employees
Requirements
 Proven minimum of two years’ experience as HR officer or other HR position
 Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
 Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
 Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
 Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
