Full Job Description

JOB TITLE: Human Resources Analyst

LOCATION: Lekki phase 1, Lagos

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT: Consulting

REPORTS TO: Consultant

DOTTED LINES: Managing Consultant

WORK RELATIONSHIPS: Analysts, Associates, Consultant, Admin Officer, Office Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

Research

1. Carries out research on HR projects that have been contracted to HReade.
2. Develops HR tools by carrying out research.
3. Provides required information prior to project meetings with clients by searching the client’s website and social media platforms.

Design

1. Designs job descriptions for relevant positions and carries out job analysis.
2. Identifies and designs tools required to complete projects.
3. Designs new HR templates and forms to enhance in-house projects.

Other Consulting Functions

1. Comes up with creative ways of sourcing for the right candidates for job opportunities and ensures positions are filled within the specified time frame.
2. Manages correspondences with candidates by ensuring that feedback and updates are sent as at when due.
3. Proctors assessments and sits in on interviews with associates and consultants for entry and mid-level management roles.
4. Writes project reports.
5. Ensures that all CVs received via email are properly downloaded and saved in approved format.
6. Responsible for marketing in-house training programs and meeting specified targets.
7. Assists in planning, developing, and implementing training programs.
8. Designs organizational structures and necessary documents for client projects.

Education Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of second-class higher degree.

Training Requirements:

1. Knowledge of basic HR concepts.
2. Must have completed the NYSC program.

Work Experience:

2 years’ experience in a human resources role.
