SCHLUMBERGER UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE

The schlumberger foundation is now accepting new applications for the 2019/2020 schlumberger polytechnics from November 13-December 20 2019.

The Schlumberger awards scholarship to undergraduates to pursue degree courses in polytechnics/Universities developing countries including Africa.

The Schlumberger foundation is an independent non profit entity that supports STEM education. Recognizing the link between science technology, social economic development as well as the key role of education in realizing individual potential. The Schlumberger foundation flagship program is faculty for the future.

The long term goal of the program is to generate conditions that result in more undergraduates pursuing academic career in various disciplines The program is giving each year and has become a community of young peofessionals in their various career paths. Scholarship recipients are selected as much for their knowledgeable skills and academic performance.

Faculty of future scholarship are based on annual cost for eligible expenses up to a maximum of 200,000 naira per year and may be renewed through to completion of studies subject to evidence of academic performances, self evaluation and recommendation from departmental heads.

Candidates should have applied to or currently enrolled in a university or polytechnics in Nigeria. when submitting their scholarship application, candidates mustbhold an excellent academic record and illustrate their commitment to learning.

Requirement

To qualify for the 2020 Schlumberger foundation scholarship, applicants must be a citizen of Nigeria, have 5 credits grades in Wasc/Gce?/SSCE including maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects obtained in not more than two sittings combine. For undergraduate students applicants must be a full time student studying any course in polytechnic or university nationwide.

How To Apply

Application must be made online at the foundation website with the following attachments.

A copy of passport, a copy of O.level result or certification, a copy of your offer and admission letter from JAMB or from your host university or polytechnic, a copy of academic identity card or signed eligibility form from your institutions to be verified accordingly.

All completed applications must be submitted on or before 12 noon Friday 20th December 2019.
