Job Description

ABC Transport Plc commenced operation in road passenger transportation on February 13, 1993 as an off-shoot of Rapido Ventures with a view to running a modern road transportation system in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Sales Executive

Job Summary / Objective

The staff will be responsible for generating sales and sales leads using various online and social media channels.

Responsibilities

Technical Core Skills

  • Activate 100% ABC Cargo Express products service presence online.
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization.
  • Optimization of Cargo Express products.
  • Running daily minimum of 10 posts of cargo Express products on all social media platforms.
  • ABC Cargo Express brand online advertisement.
  • Generating leads and distributing the same to sales executives.
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Maintain a digital dashboard of several different accounts.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare emails to send out to customers.
  • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
  • Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms.
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
  • Research competitors’ pricing and products.
  • Decide on appropriate placement of ads.
  • Determine what content will reach customers.
  • Develop projects to create content.
  • Publish digital marketing content online.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Measure digital traffic.
  • Monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor project status and budget.
  • Conduct market research to inform campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.

  • Active company social media handles.
  • 100% accuracy of timely responses for all online queries and enquiries.
  • 100% achievement on targeted ads running per month.
  • 10% of revenue increase from online onboarded clients.
  • 20% increase in customer base every month.
  • 100% achievement of target lead generation per month.
  • 100% active follow up on all prospective online clients.
  • 100% professional hand shake with the Customer experience and Admin for efficient administration and management of the generated leads.
  • Once in a quarter market research test with report.
  • 100% submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Technology Skills –

  • Database Management/ Analytics skills.
  • Use of Physical Internet.
  • Cargo Simply Software.
  • Proficiency in use of relevant Technology and software for inventory management, operational logistics and supply chain management and tracking.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any  discipline with a minimum of 2nd class honours.
  • MUST have completed the NYSC programme.
  • 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
