About The CORMART Graduate Trainee Program
1-year programme aimed at developing high potential graduates to play a major role in achieving the objectives of the organization both now and in the future. Trainees will gain broad exposure to Cormart’s business through a combination of rotation of business segments, completion of curated training modules and mentoring. At the end of the programme, successful trainees will secure permanent roles in the company’s Commercial (Technical Key Account Management), Production, Quality Control and Engineering and Information Technology functions
Education Requirement for CORMART Graduate Trainee Program For The Available Trainee Programs
Technical Key Account Trainee– Degree in Chemical or related discipline
Production Trainee-Â Degree in Pure and Applied Chemistry or Engineering
Quality Control Trainee– Degree in Pure and Applied Sciences
Engineering Trainee– Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Information Technology Trainee-Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or
any discipline with IT certification
Other Requirements For CORMART Graduate Trainee Program
Not older than 27 years as at 31st December 2020
1-year relevant experience
Willing to work in any of our locations within Nigeria
Flexibility
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Good communication skills (spoken & written)
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Recruitment Process For CORMART Graduate Trainee Program
Candidates who meet the requirements will be shortlisted for a computer based Aptitude test. Those who are successful in the aptitude test will attend the Cormart Assessment Centre. Thereafter, successful candidates may receive job offers and on acceptance we will begin pre-boarding in preparation for their first day at Cormart.
