Job Description
Monitor overall construction performance about technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements
Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
Educate workers on the required standards
Execute quality improvement testing and activities and adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Develop quality assurance standards and company processes and maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Qualifications
B.Sc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
Proven experience as a quality assurance Officer/Executive or relevant role
Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
Outstanding communication skills
Great attention to detail and a results-driven approach
Reliable and Trustworthy
Certification of quality control is a strong advantage

Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives

Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

Job Description
Receive the materials supplied by the vendor(s) as per the purchase order placed by the procurement Department and to check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, condition etc.
Take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
Periodical stock verification always ensures correctness of stock and maintain all the documents up to data.
Pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
He shall play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of our stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory
To maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
Generate reports and submit to his/ her Line Manager.
Qualifications
Must have HND / BSc in Social Sciences with vast experience in inventory supply chain management.
2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping
Must be able to make use of Microsoft Excel or any form of software
Must be an organized and detail-oriented person who will manage all of the operations in our storeroom.
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
