In my own opinion, robots can’t perform better than humans. Moreover, someone will still need to operate these machines to function well.
They also lack human feelings which might spoil business for the big brands if they’re fully utilized.
Customer service officers are the beauty queens and kings sitting close to Cashiers/ Teller officers in the banking hall.
They attend to all issues and inquiries. They also help in opening of accounts.

This position is crucial for the full functioning of the bank.
They are those faces many job seekers don’t like seeing as they always ask difficult questions.
They always want the best for the company.
Sometimes I always considered them as owners of the bank or company. That’s why I always addressed them as “employer of Labour”.
In some of my cover letters, you’ll see this sentence “I will add great value to your company”. I always forget they are not the owner of the business.
