Job Title: MANAGER, TREASURY & CREDIT RISK

Job Description

You’ll focus on:
● Monitoring and managing the organisation’s bank relationships and liquidity management
● Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments
● Analysing various scenarios and risks and reporting to senior management
● Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements (if applicable)
● Daily cash management (Preparing Cash position, Cash forecast, Investments)
● Managing the debt facility for Arnergy
● Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
● Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation
strategies
● Preparing periodical management reports on budget utilisation and variances, reasons for
variations and purpose preliminary recommendations for management review.
● Liaising with senior management across the organisation
● Supporting the month-end process and Financial Audits where necessary
● Facilitating the financial payment process
● Carrying out reconciliation of all bank accounts in order to ensure that all banking transactions
are accurate and consistent with factual transactions as recorded in the book of accounts and
variation are eliminated.
● Sound knowledge of Trade finance tools: Bills for collection, Letters of Credit e.t.c
● Accounts receivable management: Follow up on outstanding invoices, monitor overdue
amounts
● Evaluate and analyze customer records, credit history, credit data and financial statements in
order to determine creditworthiness and the degree of risk involved in extending credit and
recommending payment plans

You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have:
● An understanding and experience of treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and
various financial instruments
● 6 + years of experience in Treasury
● Sound understanding of accounting principles

Job Title: MANAGER, SUPPLY CHAIN

This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to,
purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, material forecasting, capacity planning, and
sourcing, master scheduling, inventory control, and financial costing, as necessary for JIT materials
support to Arnergy operational process.


You’ll focus on:
● Forecast demand or create supply plans that ensure availability of materials and products.
● Monitor forecast and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain
activities.

● Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS


You’ll be a good fit for this role if you have experience with:
● Industry/role specific: Excellent understanding of the utility industry, consumer-oriented
hardware product, and experience in evaluating and implementing renewable energy services to
customers. Solid understanding of the renewable energy marketplace. Understands market
dynamics as well as the legal and regulatory landscape.
● Function Specific: Good knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet and ROI
● Management and Leadership: Ability to maintain a work environment and develop staff actions
and activities with a focus on the future along with a sense of urgency towards current business
activities that should align with the anticipated future business climate.

Job Title: SENIOR ENGINEER, SERVICE & REPAIR

Come join Arnergy’s Engineering team and help improve distributed energy reliability to
businesses and homes in Nigeria. As our Repair & Maintenance Engineer, you will work with
the Product and Quality team to ensure a daily service maintenance and repair needs of the
customer’s equipment. Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with
customers and peers as well as performing necessary administrative duties as required and
other duties as assigned. The role will be responsible for the optimization of equipment,
procedures, machinery and documentation.

You’ll focus on:
● Troubleshooting the root causes failures of products, and using the information to set a
course for corrective and preventive maintenance action.
● Monitoring repair parts and components and keeping detailed, organised records of
repairs done.
● Maintaining good care and accountability of tools, test equipment and materials
involved in the performance of work.
● Monitoring repair spare parts stock to determine if current stock levels are adequate
for maintaining repair schedules and submit monthly requirements for procurement
action.
● Providing equipment-operating assistance to users and technical assistance upon
request.
● Using oscilloscopes, meters, logic analyzer to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical
issues.
● Checking out electrical circuits and verifying the specifications and drawings.

● Minimum 4+ years cognate post-graduate experience

● Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents, datasheets,
and assembly and schematic drawings.
● Ability to troubleshoots to the component level and makes needed repairs
● Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, high-accuracy multimeters,
programmable power supplies, function generators, power analyzers, electronic loads,
logic and spectrum analyzers, data acquisition systems and digitizers
● A good understanding of power conversion techniques and various topologies
including (but not limited to) Buck converter, Boost converter and Flyback converter
topologies
● Experience in High-Frequency inverters repair
● Must be comfortable around High Voltage
