Job Summary
- Candidates would oversee the sales process and attract new clients, work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration of Consultants Network,
- Marketing & Sales
- Management of Social media
- Prepare sales and marketing documentation
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Take prospective buyers for property viewings and inspections.
- Content development
- Prompt and detailed response to client and consultants Inquiries / requests
- Responding to telephone Inquiries promptly and professionally
- Scheduling inspections with clients with care consideration of location, time and availability.
- Financial Management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: B.Sc post NYSC
- 1-2 years’ experience in the same role but preferably in Real Estate.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Age: 23 to 26 years.
