1). System Administrator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are hiring a Network System Administrator to join our esteemed ICT team. As a Network System Administrator, you are required to ensure that all systems are running effectively and efficiently at all times.
  • This position requires a strong willed individual with a positive work attitude. You must be a leader who is also self-motivated and dedicated.
  • You must be enthusiastic about your work and be able to perform all duties outlined in your job description and any other duty required of you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing light programming.
  • Planning the appropriate system needs of Abuja Clinics.
  • Installing the appropriate systems to help Abuja Clinics run effectively.
  • Providing system support throughout the working day.
  • Will be on call occasionally outside normal working hours.
  • Solving problems regarding system and network.
  • Monitoring network efficiency at all times.
  • Backup, restore and update information when necessary.
  • Identify the ICT needs of Abuja Clinics and ensure they are met in a timely manner.
  • Planning security measures.
  • Implementing these security measures.
  • Monitoring security measures and ensuring that the system is not under attack.
  • Ensuring that all separate elements of the system work together.
  • Ensure routine maintenance of all Abuja Clinics devices and systems.
  • Training and educating Abuja Clinics staff on the importance of computer security.
  • Training all other ICT staff.
  • Setting up ICT equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings etc.
  • Providing easy to understand advice for employees.
  • Setting up user accounts and retrieving information including passwords and account usernames.
  • Monitoring the storage capacities of the system.
  • Fixing analog and digital telephone hitches

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
  • Must have 4 to 6 years proven post NYSC work experience as a network administrator.

2). Maintenance Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are hiring a maintenance officer to join our maintenance team.
  • You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required.
  • To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.
  • You should have background training in electrical electronics and mechanical installations.
  • You should also be capable of supervising medical equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
  • Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to medical/non-medical equipment faults
  • Diagnose breakdown problems
  • Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
  • Carry out quality inspections on jobs carried out by external vendors

3). Executive Personal Assistant

Job Summary

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to a top executive in the hospital. Ensure proper management of the day to day affairs of the executive.
  • Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner; also take initiative as appropriate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s electronic diary, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Manage the executive’s travel arrangements
  • Process executive’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the executive or other staff as appropriate
  • Maintain the executive’s office systems, including data management and filing
  • Maintain records of the executive’s contacts
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
  • Assist executive in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the executive’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
