Established in 2020, 9 Payment Service Bank (9PSB) is Nigeria’s first Payment Service Bank operating under approval of CBN to provide financial inclusion services and initiatives for the underbanked, unbanked, as well as innovative services to individuals with bank accounts.

To offer technical support in the performance of human resource functions in the organisation, including: Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management and Employee Relations.
Assist with day-to-day operations across all HR functions
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR advisors
Compile, update and keep proper record of all staff-related information for easy retrieval
Handle requests, complaints and grievances and escalate concerns to HR advisors
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Handle incoming staff documentation and onboarding checks
Handle exit documentation of outgoing staff
Handle enquiries on ex-staff from external requesters
The ideal candidate for this role must possess the following competencies and qualification:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or related discipline
1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role
REQUIRED CAPABILITIES (Knowledge, Skills, Behaviour)
Proficiency in the use of MS-Office Suite
Hands-on experience with an HRMS
Basic knowledge of labour laws
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills
